To participate without making a purchase, mail a legibly written sheet of paper with your first and last name, street address, city, state/province, zip or postal code, phone number, email address (optional) and date of birth inside an envelope with sufficient postage and a return address to SHONEN JUMP EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES c/o Echo Data Group, P.O. Box 869097, Plano, TX 75086-9097. Entries must be postmarked no later than 10/15/08 and received no later than 10/31/2008. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER OUTER POSTMARKED ENVELOPE. Sponsors and Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, undelivered, garbled, damaged, incomplete entries, postage due mail or submissions.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 6-day/5-night trip for two (2) to the JUMP FESTA '09 convention in Tokyo, Japan on dates during the permitted travel period of December 17, 2008 to December 22, 2008 (subject to blackout dates as set forth below) which dates shall be subject to approval by Sponsors ("Grand Prize"). Winner and up to one guest will each receive a round-trip plane ticket (coach airfare), to/from Tokyo, Japan from/to the airport closest to winner's residence and will stay at a Sponsors' designated hotel (double occupancy). Round trip travel must be completed by 12/22/08. Winner and up to one guest will also each receive a non-transferable two-day pass to the JUMP FESTA '09 convention to be held in Tokyo, Japan from December 20, 2008 to December 21, 2008. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $4,500USD/$ 4,584.59 CDN. ARV depends upon winner's method of travel, point of travel origin and hotel, and airfare fluctuations at the time of taking the trip. Selection of the airline, train and hotel is solely within Sponsor's discretion. All other expenses (including without limitation transportation to and from stations of departure/arrival and meals) not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner's responsibility. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guest (if any) must travel on same itinerary. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor's parent or legal guardian and is legally authorized to travel with the minor.Minor's parent or legal guardian must accompany minor at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events). Travel companion will be required to sign and return a liability release before any ticketing of travel occurs. It is the responsibility of the winner and his or her companion to comply with all travel, security and other laws, regulations, airline passenger, hotel and other rules that may apply to them. Winner forfeits prize if Winner and companion cannot obtain required travel documents in time for their trip, including but not limited to passports, which are winner and companion's sole responsibility.

No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prizes are permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Any portion of the prize not accepted by Winner, or which does not occur for any reason, shall be forfeited.
